We plan to have two display homes completed in August. There will be a 2500 Sq. Ft. two story home, and a 2200 Sq. Ft. Ranch available for tours. Between the two homes you will be able to see all the standard green and many of the upGreen™ program features that will be available to you.

The upGreen™ Program
At Rock Hill Trails your home will be designed and built to achieve the silver level of the National Green Building Guidelines at a minimum. We have established the upGreen™ program to help you incorporate the latest green technologies and practices, as efficiently as possible. This program will allow you to achieve even higher levels of certification in either the National Green Building Guidelines or LEED program. In addition to the many standard high performance features in a Rock Hill Trails home, you will also be provided with a list of green options and the information you will need to make an educated decision. The Rock HillTrails team will be available to work with you making the process to upGreen™ easy and efficient.
