Superbly located.
Look for this sign at the entrance of Rock Hill Trails.
Rock Hill Trails is situated in the City of Wood River, Illinois, and the Edwardsville School District. The construction of Interstate 255 and the new County Highway 19 (S. Moreland Drive) connecting 143 with 140 makes the 170 acre site easily accessible from multiple directions.
Wood River and the surrounding areas are experiencing commercial and residential growth. This growth is driving the need for a variety of new quality housing alternatives.
The City of Edwardsville has historically grown to the south, but as traffic times increase on 157, a home on the north side of town is becoming more appealing. New highway access makes Rock Hill Trails attractive to residents working in Missouri, as travel times to Downtown St. Louis are now in the 20 to 30 minute range.
The northwestern edge of the property borders Wood River's Belk Park, which contains a popular public golf course and recreational facilities. The southern side of the site borders Rock Hill Road and Triangle H. Farms, a very community oriented equestrian facility providing training, boarding and rental of horses that can be ridden on their many miles of trails. You can live in Rock Hill Trails and walk to where your horse is boarded.
